Terms and Conditions for Consultations with Coach Lore Rey | The Meta Warrior

1. General Disclaimer

By booking a consultation with Coach Lore Rey, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. The information, guidance, and recommendations provided during consultations are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. No Medical or Registered Dietitian Services

Lore Rey is not a medical doctor (MD) or a registered dietitian (RD). The guidance provided is based on personal expertise as a certified health coach (ACE), certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and behavior change specialist (ACE) but does not constitute medical nutrition therapy, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.

3. Not a Substitute for Professional Medical Advice

The advice, recommendations, and discussions in consultations do not supersede or replace any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment given by a licensed healthcare professional, including but not limited to medical doctors, registered dietitians, specialists, or therapists.

Clients are strongly encouraged to consult their healthcare provider before making any changes to their diet, lifestyle, or health practices, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions, are taking medications, or have specific health concerns.

4. Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

By participating in consultations, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily assuming full responsibility for any decisions made regarding your health, wellness, and nutrition. Lore Rey does not guarantee specific outcomes, and you understand that results may vary based on individual circumstances.

5. No Liability

Lore Rey, The Meta Warrior, and any affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of information provided during consultations. Clients waive all claims against Lore Rey for any issues arising from implementing advice given in a consultation.

6. Confidentiality

All consultations are conducted in a private and professional manner. However, information shared during consultations does not constitute a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship and is not subject to medical confidentiality laws.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Refunds are at the sole discretion of Lore Rey and may be issued in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances.

8. Agreement to Terms

By proceeding with a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not book or participate in any consultation services.
